Caring for Silicone Products

• Cleaning: Wash before first use. Products are dishwasher safe, freezer safe, and microwave friendly. Handwashing with mild soap and warm water is recommended to extend product life.
• Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive sponges, as they may damage the product surface.
• Avoid sharp objects (e.g., knives, scissors) near silicone as they may cause tearing.
• Inspect before each use. If torn, cracked, or damaged, discontinue use immediately.
  
• Discolouration is normal with prolonged use (especially when in contact with certain foods such as tomato, carrot, or berries). This does not affect product performance or safety and is not considered a fault.
• Staining may occur if products are exposed to food dyes or left unwashed for extended periods.
• Normal wear and tear, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions are not covered by our warranty.

Faulty or Damaged Products

• If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Faulty items are covered under our Returns & Refunds Policy and the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
• We may request proof of purchase and clear photos of the issue to process your claim.
