Product Safety & Use
• All our products are BPA-free and food-grade silicone. 
• Dishwasher-safe, microwave-safe, and freezer-friendly unless stated otherwise.
• Always inspect products before each use and discard at the first signs of wear or damage.
• Use products under adult supervision, especially items designed for feeding or teething.

Returns & Exchanges
• We accept returns for unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
• If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
• For hygiene reasons, used feeding or teething products cannot be returned unless faulty.

Shipping & Tracking
• Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days.
• You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order is dispatched.
• Shipping delays may occasionally occur due to high volume or courier issues, but we’ll always keep you in the loop.
