1. General Information

Silibubs is an Australian-based small business that sells BPA-free, FDA- and LFGB-certified silicone baby and toddler feeding products including bowls, plates, cups, bibs, utensils, and storage containers. All products are manufactured to be dishwasher safe, freezer safe, and microwave friendly.

2. Use of Products & Customer Responsibility

  • Our products are intended solely for feeding and related purposes under adult supervision at all times.

  • Products should not be used as teething toys unless explicitly stated.

  • Always inspect products before each use. If any part appears damaged, torn, discoloured, or compromised, discontinue use immediately.

  • Silibubs & Co takes no responsibility for:

    • Accidents or injuries resulting from improper use or lack of supervision.

    • Use of our products with food allergens or inappropriate contents.

    • Any form of product misuse outside of intended functionality.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Silibubs & Co does not provide medical or dietary advice. Always consult with a qualified health professional or paediatrician before introducing new feeding methods or products to your child. Our products are not substitutes for professional care.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Silibubs & Co and its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

  • This includes but is not limited to damages for:

    • Personal injury or harm caused by improper or unsupervised use.

    • Product misuse, choking, or allergic reactions.

    • Loss of data, income, profits, or goodwill.

  • In no event shall our liability exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

5. Order Policy

  • All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information during checkout.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

  • Silibubs & Co is not liable for shipping delays, lost packages, or incorrect address entries by the customer.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery by the courier.

7. Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges

Due to the hygienic nature of baby products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is:

  • Defective on arrival; or

  • Incorrectly shipped.

To qualify for a return:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with a description and clear photos of the issue.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

If your product is faulty, not as described, or otherwise breaches consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy such as a refund, replacement, or repair depending on the circumstances.

8. Warranties & Guarantees

Silibubs & Co provides a 30-day manufacturer warranty on faulty products. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

9. Product Availability & Pricing

  • Prices are listed in [AUD] and exclude GST as applicable.

  • We reserve the right to update pricing, discontinue items, or change product descriptions at any time without notice.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content including branding, logos, photos, text, and product descriptions is the exclusive property of Silibubs & Co. You may not reproduce, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the site without written permission.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Silibubs & Co, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your misuse of our products, breach of these terms, or violation of any law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
